Boswell Farm is cradled in a secluded valley within a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, encircled by 45 acres of peaceful Devon countryside.

The Old Kennels are set apart, on the side of the combe, and protectively embraced by the spreading branches of a 200 year old gnarled Oak tree.

Here, surrounded by untamed beauty, you are at one with nature - away from the bustle and pressures of the world - yet just 2 miles from the National Heritage Coastline and Sidmouth, a Regency town by the sea.

Stress melts away as you enjoy breath-taking panoramic views over patchwork fields and hilltops crowned with ancient woodland rich in wild life - the Sweetcombe Valley.

Look beyond this - across the Sid Valley towards the glistening sea - a picture postcard come alive.

Save for the distant murmur of the babbling "Snod" brook below, the birdsong, the calling of the buzzards circling above in the ever changing skyscape - there's hardly a sound.

A more creative and stimulating atmosphere in which to relax and focus clearly on your objectives would be hard to find.
